About The Position

JP Mascaro & Sons, a growing private family-owned company, is seeking three (3) Talent Acquisition Specialists to join their Human Resources Department at their Corporate Headquarters in Audubon, PA. This is a full-time, 100% onsite position with no hybrid or remote work arrangements. The company has a strong history since 1964, focusing on customer service, treating employees like family, and hard work.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
One (1) to three (3) years of talent acquisition experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and team members.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a solutions and service industry or transportation industry.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt, non-exempt, professional, technical, operational, and leadership positions.
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
Create and post job advertisements on company websites, job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
Source candidates through various methods including networking, referrals, databases, career fairs, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Facilitate candidate assessments, background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screening processes.
Extend employment offers and negotiate compensation within established company guidelines.
Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment metrics.
Monitor and report on recruiting effectiveness, time-to-fill, turnover trends, and sourcing performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, trade schools, workforce development organizations, and community partners.
Represent the company at job fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Support onboarding activities and assist with new hire orientation as needed.
Promote the company's employer brand and employee value proposition.
Special projects and other job duties as assigned.
