About the position
The job overview for the Junior Project Manager role is to ensure the Creative Studio delivers projects on time by providing structure, transparency, and acting as the main point of contact for all stakeholders. The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for clear communication, monitoring budgets and resources, aligning teams on project status, and implementing continuous improvement tasks. They will also need excellent organization and time management skills, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a positive and collaborative problem-solving attitude. This is a hybrid role requiring the candidate to be present at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
Responsibilities
- Clear communication, monitoring budgets, scope, and resources for own projects
- Being the main point of contact for all GTM stakeholders and building relationships
- Keeping all GTM teams aligned on project status, risks, dependencies, and updates
- Actioning continuous improvement tasks from Programme Manager and Process Improvement team
- Protecting contingency time by seeking guidance from Programme Manager and liaising with stakeholders
- Outlining clear risks and collaboratively creating mitigation plans
- Ensuring the project team works in line with the agreed brief
- Managing and communicating project plans using provided templates
- Keeping all Project Information, PMS, and Project Admin up to date and accurate
- Excellent organization and time management skills with attention to detail
