About The Position

The IGNITE Loan Officer Training Program is a paid, three-month training program for people with no mortgage experience who want to become licensed Loan Officers. Participants train under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and company leadership, receive hands-on sales coaching, and earn while they train, including commissions. The company pays for training, licensing, testing, and associated SAFE fees.

This is a 100% onsite role in Scottsdale, Arizona. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no nights or weekends. Compensation is a base salary plus uncapped commissions; the stated first-year earnings expectation is $85,000–$125,000, with commissions paid semi-monthly. The program offers a path to Senior Mortgage Banker and the potential to become a top-producing Loan Officer.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or experience in sales, the military, or commission-based roles.
• Outgoing, competitive, and naturally strong people skills.
• Excellent phone, written, and in-person communication skills.
• High motivation to achieve income, growth, and performance goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
• Self-starting approach, strong organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Train under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and company leadership.
