The Junior Loan Officer provides administrative support to Loan Officers and customer service by email and phone. Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience in any capacity, whether full-time or part-time.
• Desire to succeed.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook proficiency is required.

Nice To Haves

• Mortgage experience is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Loan Officers.
