About The Position

Independence Home Loans is hiring Junior Loan Officers through its IGNITE Loan Officer Training Program. This paid, three-month training program is designed for people without mortgage experience and provides training, testing, and licensing to prepare participants to become licensed, high-producing Loan Officers. Participants earn while training and may receive commissions during the program. Junior Loan Officers train under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and company leadership, apply sales tactics through hands-on coaching, and make and receive calls from warm inbound leads. They learn the company’s CRM and loan origination technology while providing customer service to clients and referral partners. The role is based fully onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona, and has an open-availability weekday schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no nights or weekends. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions. The posting gives a first-year earnings expectation of $85,000–$125,000 and notes that commissions are paid semi-monthly. Requirements

No mortgage experience is needed; paid training is provided.
A bachelor’s degree, or experience in sales, the military, or commission-based roles.
Outgoing, competitive, and naturally strong with people.
Excellent phone, written, and in-person communication skills.
Highly motivated by income, growth, and performance.
Able to thrive under high expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Open availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; no nights or weekends.
Must work onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities

Train under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and company leadership.
