About The Position

This entry-level to early-career IT/OT role requires hands-on IT support experience and is 100% on-site in Raleigh. The position involves regular interaction with end users, IT equipment, infrastructure, vendors, and on-site activities. The successful candidate will receive guidance and training on internal processes, including ServiceNow, IT/OT processes, and infrastructure and application demand management. The organization is seeking someone who is hands-on, technically curious, organized, willing to learn, and interested in growing into a broader IT/OT and IT Service Delivery role.

Requirements

• Hands-on IT support experience.
• A solid technical foundation and willingness to learn.
• Comfort working in a corporate or industrial IT environment.
• Good communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Interest in developing OT knowledge and growing into a broader IT/OT and IT Service Delivery role.

Nice To Haves

• Windows and general end-user IT support and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Basic networking knowledge, including LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addressing, switches, and cabling.
• Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams experience.
• Hardware deployment, inventory, and IT asset management experience.
• Basic understanding of IT/OT environments or a strong interest in developing OT knowledge.
• ServiceNow exposure.
• Interest in learning IT demand management, including infrastructure and application demands, requirements gathering, business requests, documentation, approvals, and coordination with different IT teams.
• Experience supporting projects and coordinating activities with vendors, infrastructure, network, application, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Windows and general end-user IT support and troubleshooting.
