About The Position

PROMOS consult is a leading consulting and system house that has been developing software solutions specifically for the housing, construction, and real estate industries since 1998. Our portfolio includes a wide range of tools for professional real estate management, from apps and digital workflows in SAP® to full-service in the data center. We are looking for a Junior Customer Manager to join our team and contribute to our vision of a digitized future.

Requirements

• Commercial apprenticeship, degree, or comparable qualification.
• First experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in understanding customer needs and finding solutions.
• Structured work approach and ability to maintain an overview of multiple topics.
• Confident communication in German and ideally English skills.
• SAP or industry knowledge from the housing sector, or willingness to acquire it.

Responsibilities

• Direct contact with customers and building long-term relationships.
• Collaboration with housing companies and contacts in the real estate industry.
• Developing suitable offers and contract solutions in collaboration with experienced colleagues.
• Coordinating customer inquiries and working with consulting, support, and project teams.
• Customer appointments, events, and personal exchange at our PROMOS user forum.
