About The Position

The Junior Business Analyst supports senior management initiatives involving process improvement, metrics reporting, and ad hoc projects. The role is suited to a recent college graduate with some exposure to financial services and an interest in using data to inform business decisions. The position is part of StoneX Group’s Corporate business segment, which supports the company through business-critical activities and operational oversight.

Requirements

• College degree required; Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, including Visio.
• Experience with project management procedures.
• Familiarity with derivative trade flow.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Some exposure to financial services is noted as desirable for the intended recent college graduate candidate.

Nice To Haves

• Business Administration or Finance degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and analyzing process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Compile, analyze, and report key business metrics to support decision-making.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as directed by senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, conduct analyses, and provide actionable insights.
• Support the preparation and presentation of business reports and findings to stakeholders.
• Work with management and teams to identify opportunities and use cases for AI technology.
