About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to stakeholders.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SQL or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
- Assist in developing process improvement strategies and optimizing workflows.
- Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and use cases.
- Collaborate with software developers and project managers to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test cases and tracking defects.
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
