About The Position

Plexus Scientific Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Business Analyst to support business operations, project activities, and data analysis initiatives. The Junior Business Analyst works with senior analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze data, prepare reports, and identify potential process improvements. Responsibilities

Assist in gathering, reviewing, and documenting business requirements, processes, and stakeholder needs.
Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other supporting documentation.
Support the development and maintenance of business process documentation, procedures, and workflows.
Collaborate with project teams, management, and stakeholders to support project planning and execution.
Monitor project activities, track deliverables, and assist with maintaining schedules and status reports.
Conduct research and compile information to support business decisions and recommendations.
Assist with identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is organized and up to date.
Perform other duties as assigned.
