About The Position

As a Junior Account Manager for the Southern Region, you will manage a dedicated portfolio of approximately 70 existing customers. Your role involves proactively expanding relationships and serving as a regular point of contact. You will identify potential opportunities early on, develop them into concrete leads, and strategically place up-selling and cross-selling initiatives. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing offers and deals with a focus on the sustainable development of the customer relationship. Collaboration with Marketing, Presales, and other Sales team members is crucial. Maintaining a clean pipeline and systematically developing customers within the CRM (Salesforce) are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • First experience in sales, inside sales, or account management.
  • Ideally with experience in the IT environment and initial experience in IT infrastructure and managed services.
  • Enjoy working with existing customers long-term and building relationships.
  • Ideally possess phone and acquisition skills and proactively approach customers.
  • Good sense for opportunities, needs, and the right timing.
  • Work in a structured manner and take responsibility for your own customer portfolio.
  • Communicate clearly, reliably, and at eye level.
  • See yourself as a caretaker and reliably keep track of your customers' issues.
