About The Position

Lynch Consultants is seeking a junior SharePoint / Data Analyst to provide real-time support to a Military Department headquarters organization. This early-career position involves configuring SharePoint applications and accessing and extracting data elements from authoritative data sources in support of that configuration. The analyst supports updates and maintenance of organizational SharePoint sites and related data repositories, helps ensure data quality across platforms and reporting systems, and works with senior leadership. The position is full-time in the National Capital Region and supports the client remotely and in person at the Pentagon as needed. Salary is $52,000–$55,000, commensurate with experience. Only applicants who meet all required qualifications will be considered.

Requirements

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, or four years of equivalent experience.
Active Secret clearance or an interim Secret clearance in progress.
U.S. citizenship.

Nice To Haves

DoD program experience in a headquarters organization.
At least one year of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Support the team in updating and maintaining multiple organizational SharePoint sites and related data repositories.
Work effectively and professionally with senior leadership, including GS-15 and Senior Executive Service personnel, on a daily basis.
Develop and apply an understanding of the organizational environment, systems, processes, and data requirements.
Use critical thinking to identify program challenges, assess opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across organizational platforms and reporting systems.
Anticipate program needs, proactively resolve issues, and support efficient execution of organizational priorities.
Configure SharePoint applications and access and extract data elements from authoritative data sources in support of configuration.
