About The Position

CTG is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst for a client in Anchorage, Alaska, for a six-month assignment. The position supports a project involving business-process documentation, system procedures, transition from legacy systems to a new application, and user training. The work schedule may vary depending on application releases, training needs, and project activities. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Project Manager and business users to document business processes and system procedures.
• Create and update workflow and swim lane diagrams, responsibility matrices, and process documentation.
• Review and update existing procedures related to data entry, processing, reporting, and other system activities.
• Assist with transitioning procedures and documentation from legacy systems to the new application.
• Support user training on new functionality and business processes.
• Assign and track web-based training activities and maintain training records.
• Assist with recurring departmental training sessions as needed.
• Work with project team members to identify documentation and training needs as new functionality is released.
