About The Position

Sabre Systems is seeking a Jr. Program Analyst to provide administrative support to a team of software engineers and support government employees, military employees, and contractors. The role is 100% on-site at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Maryland. The position involves customer service, office support, media handling, and package delivery. Applicants must hold an active DoD Secret clearance or higher and pass a background investigation.

Requirements

High school diploma.
One year of administrative support experience.
Willingness to work 100% on-site at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, Maryland.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in media burning, including writing data to CDs, DVDs, or Blu-ray discs.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
Ability to pass a background investigation.
U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to a team of software engineers.
Support government employees, military employees, and contractors.
Provide customer service.
Use the Microsoft Office Suite.
Write data to writable optical media such as CDs, DVDs, or Blu-ray discs.
Greet visitors and answer phones.
Edit briefs and maintain calendars.
Handle media requests, including copying, creating, and shipping media and adding incoming media to the program database.
Receive and deliver incoming and outgoing packages.
