About The Position

TMB is seeking a Junior Management Analyst to support organizational effectiveness and business process improvement initiatives within Navy operations at NSWC Port Hueneme Division (PHD). The position is contingent on award of a task order from the Warfare Center.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize operational and management data.
• Prepare reports and analytical products supporting leadership decisions.
• Assist with studies designed to improve organizational performance.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to project teams.
