About The Position

This position supports the broader team in helping clients transform their businesses through digital transformation efforts. It develops automation capabilities, processes, and procedures to enhance the security effectiveness and operational efficiency of DHS mission-based capabilities through improved detection, automation, integration, and connection. The role also assists with strategic program support in process automation, data analytics, and change management, and works within teams to implement transformation tools and improvements, primarily using Microsoft Power Platform.

Requirements

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
Bachelor's degree.
At least one year of experience in business analytics, business management, or process improvement.
At least one year of experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps or Power Automate.

Nice To Haves

Active Public Trust or suitability.
Active DHS Public Trust or higher clearance.
Direct experience or familiarity with DHS law-enforcement agencies.
Advanced Power Platform experience, including Power Apps or Power Automate.
Tableau or other business intelligence software experience.
R or Python software experience.
