About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, guest services representatives are called Joy Creators. The Joy Creator helps make visits to the bakery welcoming and memorable, assists guests with selecting and ordering cakes for celebrations, and ensures orders are completed smoothly. The role helps create an atmosphere of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community. Joy Creators embody the company’s Core Values: Servant’s Heart, Spirit of a Champion, and Guest Obsessed. Responsibilities
- Help guests choose and order cakes for celebrations.
- Ensure guest orders are completed smoothly.
- Welcome guests and create a positive, memorable bakery experience.
- Support and develop the team and contribute to a superior guest experience.
- Represent the brand in the local community.
- Take ownership of responsibilities, use sound judgment, and seek feedback to improve performance.
