At Nothing Bundt Cakes, guest services representatives are called Joy Creators. The role helps make bakery visits welcoming and memorable by creating a joyful atmosphere and assisting guests with cake orders for celebrations. Joy Creators help ensure orders are completed smoothly and contribute to a community environment of generosity, happiness, and joy. The position offers training in cake crafting and career development.
Responsibilities
- Help guests choose and order cakes for celebrations.
- Make sure guest orders are completed smoothly.
- Welcome guests and create a warm, joyful bakery environment.
- Support and develop the team and contribute to a superior guest experience.
- Build positive, productive relationships and communicate openly.
- Represent the bakery as a Cake Celebrity and brand ambassador in the local community.
- Take ownership of responsibilities, exercise sound judgment, and seek feedback to improve performance.
