About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, guest services representatives are called Joy Creators. The role helps make the bakery welcoming and memorable by setting a positive mood and creating an enjoyable guest experience. Joy Creators help guests choose and order cakes for celebrations and ensure orders are completed smoothly. They create an atmosphere of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community. The role values a servant’s heart, a champion’s spirit, and a guest-focused approach. This includes supporting the team and guests, taking ownership of responsibilities, pursuing excellence, communicating openly, building positive relationships, and representing the brand in the local community.
Responsibilities
- Help guests select and order cakes for celebrations.
- Ensure guest orders are completed smoothly.
- Create a welcoming and positive bakery environment.
- Support and develop the team and help deliver a superior guest experience.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and seek feedback to improve performance.
- Build positive, productive relationships and communicate openly.
- Represent the bakery as a brand ambassador in the local community.
