At Nothing Bundt Cakes, guest services representatives are called Joy Creators. The role creates a welcoming, joyful bakery experience and helps guests order cakes for celebrations, ensuring orders are completed smoothly. Joy Creators help make the bakery an event worth sharing and foster generosity, happiness, and joy in the community. The position offers training in cake crafting and career growth, flexible schedules, early closing times, casual attire, and opportunities to celebrate and connect with the community.
Responsibilities
- Help guests choose and order cakes for celebrations.
- Ensure guest orders are completed smoothly and without issues.
- Welcome guests and create a warm, joyful bakery environment.
- Support and develop the team while prioritizing guest experience.
- Build positive, productive relationships and communicate openly.
- Represent the bakery as a Cake Celebrity and brand ambassador in the local community.
- Take ownership of responsibilities, use sound judgment, and seek feedback to improve performance.
