At Nothing Bundt Cakes, guest services representatives are called Joy Creators. Joy Creators help ensure orders are completed smoothly and foster generosity, happiness, and joy in the community. Team members receive training in cake crafting and career development. The bakery offers a casual work environment and closes early so employees can enjoy their evenings.
