About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, guest services representatives are called Joy Creators. The role helps make the bakery welcoming and memorable, assists guests with choosing and ordering cakes for celebrations, and ensures orders are completed smoothly. Joy Creators create an atmosphere of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community. The position emphasizes a Servant’s Heart, a Spirit of a Champion, and being Guest Obsessed. This includes supporting the team and guest experience, showing humility and empathy, taking ownership of responsibilities, striving for excellence, acting with urgency and sound judgment, seeking feedback, communicating openly, building positive relationships, and representing the brand in the local community. The bakery closes early, offers flexible schedules, and provides casual attire. Employees receive training in cake crafting and career development. The role is open to students and applicants under 18.
Responsibilities
- Help guests select and order cakes for celebrations.
- Ensure guest orders are completed smoothly.
- Create a welcoming and memorable bakery experience.
- Support and develop the team and contribute to a superior guest experience.
- Represent the Cake Celebrity/brand in the local community.
- Build positive relationships and communicate openly.
