At Nothing Bundt Cakes, guest services representatives are called Joy Creators. The role helps make visits to the bakery welcoming and memorable, assists guests in choosing cakes for celebrations, and ensures orders are completed smoothly. Joy Creators help create an atmosphere of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community. The role emphasizes the company’s core values: Servant’s Heart, Spirit of a Champion, and Guest Obsessed. This includes supporting the team and providing a superior guest experience, taking ownership of responsibilities, pursuing excellence, communicating openly, and representing the brand in the local community.
Responsibilities
- Help guests choose and order cakes for celebrations.
- Make sure guest orders are completed smoothly.
- Welcome guests and help create a positive bakery experience.
- Support the team and contribute to a superior guest experience.
- Represent the Cake Celebrity/brand in the local community.
