About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, guest services representatives are called Joy Creators. The role helps make the bakery welcoming and enjoyable for guests, assists them in selecting and ordering cakes for celebrations, and ensures orders are completed smoothly. Joy Creators help create an atmosphere of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community. The position is suited to friendly people who enjoy talking with new people. Training is provided, including training in cake crafting and career development.
