About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, guest services representatives are called Joy Creators. The role helps make the bakery welcoming and enjoyable, assists guests in selecting and ordering cakes for celebrations, and ensures orders are completed smoothly. Joy Creators help create an atmosphere of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community. The position includes training in cake crafting and career development. The bakery closes early, offers flexible schedules, and keeps the dress code casual, with T-shirts and sneakers. Students may apply; applicants do not have to be 18. The schedule must be flexible, weekend availability is required, and the employee must be able to close at times. Compensation is $9.00–$10.00 per hour. Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery are employed by the franchise owner/operator, not the corporate franchisor. Employment inquiries should be directed to the franchise owner/operator.
