About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a Journeyman Technician at Napleton's Ellwood City CDJR. The technician performs vehicle repairs and maintenance as assigned, following dealer and factory standards. Through effective diagnosis and repair, the role helps build customer loyalty, trust, and confidence in Napleton. The posting offers up to $60 per hour for technicians with Chrysler/Stellantis experience, with incentive-based pay.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Journeyman Technician.
Be a self-starter and process-driven.
Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations.
Be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, fuel, ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including employees and customers, as required.
Continuously update technical skills and techniques through formal training to stay current with changing automotive technology.
Keep store management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
