About The Position

This is a full-time apprenticeship opportunity at C & B Operations, a John Deere dealership. It offers hands-on experience and the chance to earn an Apprenticeship Certification. The program is designed for individuals who enjoy working with engines, technology, and machinery and are looking for a career. Participants will work in the shop full-time under experienced technicians and attend one week of in-class instruction per month in Mitchell, South Dakota, with all travel expenses covered. The program duration is 2-3 years, depending on prior mechanic experience. Participants will earn money while gaining work experience and working towards their certification. The company provides tool packages that become the employee's property after three years of service. Benefits begin after 30 days of employment, and there are opportunities for growth and internal promotion.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
