About The Position
Bancroft is seeking a Job Coach to join its team in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The organization provides services for people of all ages and abilities, including special education, vocational training, supported employment, structured day programs, residential programs, behavioral stabilization, and rehabilitation services. Its mission is to support people with special needs and their families. The Job Coach provides on-site job assessments, skills training, and coaching to people served by Bancroft who are employed at host organizations. The goal is to help them maintain and enhance community-based employment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years of experience working directly with neurologically challenged individuals required.
Nice To Haves
- Additional education in a related field is desirable.
- Related work experience in employment services is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site job assessments to people served by Bancroft and employed at host organizations.
- Provide skills training and job coaching to support and enhance community-based employment.
