About The Position
Bancroft is seeking a Job Coach for its Cherry Hill, New Jersey team. Bancroft provides services for people of all ages and abilities, including special education, vocational training, supported employment, structured day programs, residential programs, behavioral stabilization services, and rehabilitation services. As a nonprofit, Bancroft supports people with special needs and their families. The Job Coach provides on-site job assessment, skills training, and job coaching to people served by Bancroft who are employed at host organizations. The role helps maintain and enhance community-based employment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years of experience working directly with neurologically challenged individuals required.
Nice To Haves
- Additional education in a related field is desirable.
- Related work experience in employment services is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site job assessments for people served by Bancroft and employed at host organizations.
- Provide skills training and job coaching to support people in maintaining and enhancing community-based employment.
