About The Position

Behavioral Health Associates (BHA) is an educational organization that offers an academic learning environment integrated with behavior support services for students diagnosed with emotional/behavioral disorders. The goal is to empower students in overcoming challenges and creating new stories in their lives. BHA currently has an opening for a full-time Job Coach. As a Job Coach, you will provide constant supervision and motivate students to develop their full work potential.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Utilizes effective written and oral expression.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must provide successful and continued renewal of required clearances.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children/students, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport students to and from scheduled work sites (company provided vehicle).
• Supervise students at the job site following BHA Career Employment Program Training Guidelines.
• Follow all safety driving laws as per Job Coach Training Guidelines.
• Complete daily student evaluation form.
• Attend required yearly trainings.
• Communicate any questions, concerns about students and businesses to Program Director.
• Will perform other duties as needed.
