About The Position
A Job Coach provides vocational and programmatic support to program participants at community-based work sites and at VPI locations. This position will be 20-30 hours a week.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Related experience is preferred, but VPI is willing to train.
Responsibilities
- Provide job support to individuals.
- Assist individuals with reaching their goals.
- Help individuals in achieving independence and creating successful employment outcomes.
- Develop relationships with individuals, employers, other team members, and service providers.
- Transport clients to and from worksites.
