About The Position

Join Clear Motivations as a Job Coach and support adults with disabilities as they build independence, confidence, and long-term success—while enjoying a steady weekday schedule and a supportive team. This role is ideal for someone dependable, compassionate, and motivated to help others thrive. As a Job Coach, you’ll work one-on-one with participants in real-world job and community settings. No two days are the same—and every day matters.

Requirements

Professional role models who can confidently lead by example
Patient, responsible, and calm under pressure
Positive attitude with a passion for motivating others
Reliable, organized, and punctual
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Comfortable using smartphone apps & GPS
Able to stand for 4–6 hours
Open to feedback and growth
High School Diploma or GED (college coursework preferred)
Reliable vehicle (bi-annual inspection required)
Valid driver’s license, insurance & clean driving record
Ability to pass background check & drug test
Reliable smartphone with GPS and texting capabilities

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting adults with disabilities
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to be trained)
Background in education, psychology, social work, or customer-facing roles

Responsibilities

Support adults with disabilities at job sites and in the community
Teach job skills, social skills, and daily independence strategies with hands-on coaching and guidance
Provide safe, short-distance transportation using your personal vehicle to and from work sites
Encourage independence, confidence, and growth through positive coaching and mentorship
Document progress and communicate with the Clear Motivations team
Be a professional, consistent, and uplifting role model in someone’s journey
