About The Position
Bancroft is seeking a Job Coach for its Cherry Hill, New Jersey team. Bancroft is a nonprofit organization that supports people with special needs and their families through services including special education, vocational training, supported employment, structured day programs, residential programs, behavioral stabilization, and rehabilitation services. The Job Coach provides on-site job assessment, skills training, and coaching to people served by Bancroft who work at Bancroft or host organizations. The role helps maintain and enhance community-based employment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years of experience working directly with neurologically challenged individuals required.
Nice To Haves
- Additional education in a related field is desirable.
- Related work experience in employment services is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site job assessments to people served.
- Provide skills training and job coaching to people served who are employed within Bancroft or at host organizations.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of community-based employment.
