About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking dedicated Employment Specialists/Job Coaches to provide one-on-one support, coaching, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in integrated community work settings. The role helps individuals explore career interests, secure employment, and develop the skills needed for long-term success at work. Job Coaches may also be able to work as Direct Support Professionals to obtain more hours.

The position offers flexible, part-time scheduling with various shifts and day and evening availability. BAYADA seeks to match work opportunities within approximately 30 minutes of the employee’s home. The hiring locations are Muncy and Williamsport. Pay is up to $25 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work day and evening times.

Nice To Haves

• ACRE certification.
• CESP certification.
