About The Position

Job Coaches support a positive, healthy, and safe work environment while advocating for individuals seeking employment. They help individuals develop job-seeking skills, serve as a liaison between employers and employees, provide support with learning or relearning job tasks, and complete necessary paperwork. The role is full-time, with hours that may vary and work mainly on weekdays between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The salary is $16.00–$17.00, based on education and experience. The employer provides comprehensive paid two-week training and orientation. Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• GED, high school diploma, or equivalent.
