About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring part-time Employment Specialists/Job Coaches in Lancaster County to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in integrated community work settings. Job Coaches provide one-on-one support, coaching, and training as individuals explore career interests, secure employment, and develop skills for long-term success at work.

The role offers flexible scheduling, various shifts, daytime availability, and short commute times within the community. Pay is $17–$25 per hour, with weekly pay. Team members may also be able to work as Direct Support Professionals to obtain additional hours.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Daytime availability.

Nice To Haves

• ACRE certification and/or CESP certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Empower individuals to obtain meaningful employment.
• Provide one-on-one support, coaching, and training in integrated community work settings.
• Assist individuals in exploring career interests and securing employment.
• Help individuals develop the skills needed to maintain long-term success at work.
• Enhance job skills and monitor progress through documentation.
• Educate employers about the benefits and opportunities of employing people with disabilities.
• Advocate for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations for individuals.
