About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring part-time Employment Specialists/Job Coaches in Lancaster County. Job Coaches provide one-on-one support, coaching, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in integrated community work settings. They help individuals explore career interests, secure employment, and develop the skills needed to maintain long-term success at work. The role offers flexible part-time scheduling, various shifts, and community-based work with short commute times. Additional hours may be available by working as a Direct Support Professional.

Requirements

One year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Daytime availability.

Nice To Haves

ACRE certification.
CESP certification.

Responsibilities

Empower individuals to obtain meaningful employment.
Help individuals enhance job skills and monitor progress through documentation.
Educate employers about the benefits and opportunities of employing people with disabilities.
Advocate for workplace inclusion and reasonable accommodations for individuals.
