About The Position
Clearbrook is committed to being a leader in creating innovative opportunities, services, and supports for people with disabilities. This role is responsible for developing and implementing programming that promotes client independence, adult living, self-sufficiency, and the acquisition of functional skills according to their level of ability and individual program plan. The Job Coach will provide hands-on assistance to clients with physical disabilities in areas such as feeding and toileting, and will also be responsible for transporting clients to and from the day program.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing programming that promotes client independence, adult living, self sufficiency, acquisition of functional skills according to level of ability and individual program plan.
- Provide hands-on assistance to clients with physical disabilities in the areas of feeding, toileting, etc.
- Transport clients to and from the day program in the morning and afternoon
