Mission:
To guarantee the correct administration of the Integrated Project Portfolio (IPPM) processes and Arca Continental Bebidas México projects through specialized resources, the use of technological methodologies and tools based on best practices and cutting-edge applications established by the Corporate IT Directorate, with the objective of having a Portfolio oriented to business needs, maximizing results and a satisfactory level of quality based on managing and ensuring the proper use of resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technologies, or related field (Degree or Professional License).
• Intermediate English.
• Experience in IT Project Management (5 years).
• Experience in IT budget management.
• Experience in Project Management Office (PMO).
• PMP Certification from PMI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure, Control, and Manage the integrated project portfolio processes, from work request demand to post-project, ensuring alignment with the strategy and objectives of Arca Continental Bebidas México and IT.
• Implement, Ensure, and Maintain methodologies or ways of working and project administration tools and project portfolio that help maximize the organization's benefits.
• Manage, Provide, and Ensure project administration services, support, and advice based on different ways of working and business value, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget with a satisfactory level of quality, increasing the level of professionalism during project implementation.
• Manage, Ensure, and Administer the annual long-term planning (PLP) and annual budget (BP) processes for Arca Continental Bebidas México IT for CAPEX and OPEX, to obtain sufficient funds for the implementation and operation of Arca Continental México projects, guaranteeing the correct administration of approved resources.
