Mission: Design, implement, and manage Data Administration solutions (Master, Transactional, Reference, and Metadata) from both a Technical and Data Governance perspective, addressing business requirements and ensuring their lifecycle in the different domains (Clients, Products, etc.) of AC Bebidas México, so that the required information can be used for fact-based decisions, ensuring quality, availability, and integrity.
Requirements
- Degree in Administrative Informatics, Computing, Informatics, Actuarial Science, or related field (Degree or Professional License)
- Advanced English.
- Experience in Data Cleaning, Information Management, Databases, Statistics, Information Technology Applications.
Responsibilities
- Identify and ensure the assignment of Data Owners / Data Stewards for the different Data within AC Bebidas México for the correct functioning of Data Governance.
- Implement and ensure technical improvements in processes for the correct functioning of Data Governance.
- Design and advise on standards and rules for the correct functioning of the data lifecycle, considering the particularities of each of the business units within AC Bebidas México.
- Ensure the effective operation of quality and administration solutions for master data processes to guarantee the maintenance of information according to established standards, always promoting a Data Driven culture.
- Research, Analyze, and Present continuous improvement processes for master data that help enrich the user experience in order to propose innovative processes in the field of data management.
- Audit and ensure the strategy, planning, and defined scopes in the AC digital ecosystem, specifically regarding Data Management related to AC Bebidas México.
- Collaborate with the Corporate IT team in the implementation of the Data Strategy for AC, covering Core processes and the Digital Ecosystem.
- Manage with the support team the attention of Data Administration solutions incidents reported by operations so that they are resolved within the agreed service levels.
