Mission: Develop and execute the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy for the Modern Channel (self-service, proximity, and Food service solutions) in Beverages Mexico, in order to maximize profitability and revenue growth. This implies the implementation of policies and practices that ensure efficient management of prices, promotions, and product portfolio, aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Furthermore, collaboration with other departments is required to ensure the coherence and effectiveness of RGM initiatives.

Requirements

  • University Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field (Degree or Professional License)
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience in Projects, RGM, Finance, Commercial Strategy, Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG)

Responsibilities

  • Define and establish the comprehensive portfolio strategy for total Beverages Mexico, focused on the Modern Channel (self-service, proximity, and Food Service Solutions), ensuring that each of our products plays a role and meets a consumption occasion, seeking to improve the mix and variety of our portfolio, and optimizing business profitability.
  • Define and ensure pricing guidelines by brand for self-service and proximity, and their types of formats, that allow maximizing the demand and margin of our products.
  • Collaborate and execute the pricing strategy of Beverages Mexico, focused on the Modern Channel (self-service, proximity, and Food Service Solutions), to guarantee the financial results of the organization.
  • Ensure the execution of price changes in commercial systems.
  • Collaborate in the Business Plan (BP), Long-Term Plan (PLP), and Rolling Estimate (RE) processes, in volume estimation.
  • Manage the relationship with Coca-Cola Company (KO) on portfolio, pricing, and any RGM-related issues, to ensure system profitability.
