Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in logistics / commercial / marketing / sales area.
  • Advanced English, capable of communicating effectively in writing and maintaining business conversations.
  • Analytical thinking for determining metrics and business cases.
  • Leadership, teamwork, planning, and project management.
  • Negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to travel / valid passport and visa.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and use of the SAP tool.
  • Knowledge of dynamic routing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition of new delivery models for more than one product/category in direct delivery capabilities, considering profitability, distribution costs, safety, and security.
  • Generate a connected digital ecosystem between capabilities and information sources, through which an order transits until it becomes a delivery, to ensure service quality.
  • Collaborate with Finance/BI to develop metrics to quantify the impact of T2 distribution spending on the financial results of business units.
  • Propose the necessary monitoring indicators and reports that allow identifying efficiencies and new business opportunities in the organization, in addition to clear visibility of the performance of delivery routes and T2 fleet.
  • Ensure collaboration between sales and logistics areas in operations for the fulfillment of the commercial strategy of the ACT model for its standardization and best practices in this process.
