Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related Engineering (Title or Professional License).
  • Intermediate English.
  • Experience in Distribution, Logistics, Commercial.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Evaluate Modern Channel distribution models that allow managing and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers, complying with commercial requirements, policies, and procedures, safety standards, and promoting people's well-being.
  • Ensure and Monitor the Distribution process, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency, minimizing costs, and defining actions to optimize resources to increase productivity and anticipate compensating for events with negative financial impacts.
  • Define, Evaluate, and Implement service models aligned with the operational characteristics of customers to drive profitable and sustainable growth of the modern channel.
  • Ensure and Implement management methodology and digital tools for timely decision-making supported by data and analytics.
  • Evaluate, Design, and Optimize delivery routes with distribution strategies based on customer location, visit frequency, sales volume, service time, and transportation cost to continuously improve route performance, maximize efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
