Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in training, organizational development, or human capital (approx. 3 to 5 years).
  • Intermediate English.
  • Knowledge: Training and learning administration.
  • LMS (SuccessFactors desirable).
  • Project management.
  • Information and indicator analysis.
  • Change management and communication.
  • Digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and communicate learning and school plans (leadership, technical, and commercial), ensuring skill development, indicator compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify training and development needs in operations, proposing initiatives that strengthen employee competencies.
  • Administer and follow up on individual training agendas, monitoring participation, progress, and results of development programs.
  • Manage alliances with educational institutions, ensuring the implementation, follow-up, and evaluation of academic programs that promote learning.
  • Monitor compliance with learning indicators and training objectives in the performance management process, generating analyses and improvement proposals.
  • Administer and support the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring learning registration, correct platform operation, and audit compliance.
  • Manage the use of digital learning platforms (such as LinkedIn Learning, Zoom, among others), ensuring their utilization, license control, and cost-benefit evaluation.
  • Promote the digitalization of learning through the development of digital content, evaluation of its effectiveness, and promotion of a digital learning culture.
