Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or related areas.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage digitalization projects for the recruitment process, proposing and implementing technological solutions in coordination with IT.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the selection process and develop initiatives that optimize times, quality, and productivity.
  • Analyze recruitment data and indicators to generate insights, develop dashboards, and support decision-making.
  • Coordinate the implementation of tools, methodologies, and projects, providing continuous follow-up and ensuring the achievement of objectives.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented initiatives, identify deviations, and propose improvement solutions.
  • Train and advise the recruitment team on the use of tools, analytics, and new processes to ensure their correct adoption.
  • Ensure process standardization and compliance with key indicators such as coverage times, productivity, and hiring quality.
