About The Position

The Janitorial Utility Technician maintains a clean, safe, and professional environment. The role involves following cleaning procedures, working independently, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The position is part-time weekend work at Hixson Boulevard in Lebanon, Tennessee, scheduled Saturday and Sunday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, at $19.00 per hour. U.S. citizenship is required per facility policy.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with commercial cleaning.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
• U.S. citizenship is required per facility policy.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain bathrooms, break rooms, offices, lobbies, and common areas.
• Collect and dispose of recycling and cardboard in designated areas.
• Follow established cleaning and safety procedures.
• Maintain assigned areas in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and appropriately.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
