About The Position

Knight Clean Enterprises is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to perform monthly deep cleaning of bathrooms at four stores. Each store requires one deep-cleaning session per month, lasting approximately one hour. The technician will thoroughly clean and sanitize bathroom areas, maintain high hygiene standards, use the appropriate cleaning agents and equipment, and report maintenance issues. Supplies are provided for the W-2 compensation option; technicians choosing the 1099 option provide their own supplies, with a list provided.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• Tech savvy enough to use apps for route and cleaning-completion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Deep clean and sterilize bathroom areas, including toilets, sinks, and floors.

• Remove and replace trash bags as needed.
