About The Position

Knight Clean Enterprises is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to deep clean bathrooms at three stores. Each store requires one cleaning session per month, lasting approximately one hour. The work is part-time and intended for someone seeking additional income.

Technicians may be paid $50 as a W-2 worker, with supplies provided, or $65 as a 1099 contractor, who provides supplies from a provided list.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• Tech-savvy enough to use apps for route and cleaning-completion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Deep clean and sterilize bathroom areas, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
• Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to clean and disinfect thoroughly.
• Clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Remove and replace trash bags as needed.
• Report maintenance issues or needed repairs in bathroom areas.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols.
• Use company apps to track routes and completion of cleaning tasks.
