About The Position

The Janitorial Technician works in a warehouse/industrial setting in Denver, Colorado, keeping the facility clean, organized, safe, and ready for daily operations. The role includes cleaning offices, break rooms, restrooms, common areas, and other surfaces; operating floor-cleaning equipment; handling trash and recycling; completing documentation and safety checks; and reporting maintenance concerns.

Training is scheduled for the day shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. This is a full-time position; overtime may be available. The position starts through a temporary service, with potential future opportunities. Training pay is $19.29 per hour, and night-shift pay is $20.45 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and work in an industrial environment.
• Reliability and self-motivation.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, break rooms, restrooms, common areas, and other facility spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and operate floor scrubbers.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Complete documentation, chemical expiration audits, and monthly safety checks.
• Dust, disinfect, and restock supplies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Perform basic facility upkeep and report maintenance concerns.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
