About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. The role contributes to the workplace’s appearance and sanitation and supports a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors. The position is at 3400 Sky Harbor Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85034, and pays $18.60 per hour. The second shift runs from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and includes weekends and holidays. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
Follow safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
